They're usually much more laid back than the HK chicks, and they tend to be a lot more adventurous. - Women from Hong Kong. They tend to be more conservative, and are often quite shy. - A few girls from Indonesia and the Philippines are OK with dating guys. Their attitudes are somewhat more conservative. - There's also a lot of women from Thailand who date, but don't have that big a profile. They're usually about their parents or friends. - The biggest problem I've encountered in Hong Kong is that they don't really know what the "hookup culture" means. It seems a bit strange to me. The girl's profile is mainly about her parents, and not much else. - Hongkongers tend to be very conservative and hard to get into the lifestyle. They may not have a lot of money, but they also don't necessarily want to risk their lifestyle by finding a guy. - If you're gay or bi, the girls here can be rather mean and judgmental. It's usually the guys they date, or the guys they talk to, that are usually the ones who are the problem here. It's really the women in between who make the most difference. You'll see the typical Chinese gay guy getting some shit kicked out of him by some hong kong girls, the girl who hongkongcupid com just likes to have fun with you, and the girl who is always trying to make your life miserable. For instance, there's a restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui that's been here for generations. It's a long time gone, but it's still a must-visit. There's a place in Mong Kok where you can get really good sushi there, and it's called Sushi Island. There are also some good restaurants here too, I just don't know that many. - You have the option of going to Kowloon Walled City, a small island that's very close to Hong Kong, with beautiful beaches. This place is a lot more secluded from the hustle and bustle of Mong Kok, but it's a very nice place to stay. There are two types of guesthouses there. The first is called the Golden Hill Guesthouse, and it's only a few minutes walk from the city centre. They have a really nice pool and some lovely restaurants, plus the only thing I really dislike about it is that they don't take credit cards. However, if you don't want to use credit cards, and wechat chinese girls you're willing to make some sacrifices, the second type of guesthouse is the Tien Wah Guesthouse.
